For Partners
Your leaders are your most important operational asset. We develop them.
The LTACH Leadership Institute partners with health systems, LTACH chains, management companies, and post-acute investors to provide the credentialing, education, and organizational development capabilities that raise the standard of leadership across their portfolios.
We work with organizations at every stage — from a single-facility LTACH sponsoring its first unit director through the CLLP, to a private equity portfolio seeking a scalable leadership development framework across 30+ facilities. Here is how we partner.
CLLP Enterprise Sponsorship
Sponsor your leaders through the CLLP certification program at a volume discount with dedicated cohort scheduling, progress reporting, and Founding Employer recognition.
Health systems, LTACH chains, and management companies with five or more LTACH leaders to develop.
- 15% discount on all-inclusive certification fees for 5–19 candidates
- Custom pricing for 20+ candidates annually
- Dedicated cohort scheduling — your team begins together
- Quarterly progress reports on candidate completion and certification status
- Founding Employer recognition on CLLPcertification.org for inaugural cohort sponsors
- Permanent lock-in of your per-candidate rate — no future price increases
Custom Education Programs
Bespoke leadership development programs designed for your organization's specific needs — delivered online, on-site, or as a hybrid. Built on the CLLP competency framework and adapted to your organizational context, regulatory environment, and workforce profile.
Organizations that need more than the standard CLLP program — for example, a chain undergoing rapid acquisition activity that needs a custom onboarding and leadership development program for newly acquired facility leaders, or a system preparing for a significant survey cycle.
- New leader onboarding programs for facility CEOs and COOs joining your portfolio
- Survey readiness leadership training for organizations with recent CMS deficiencies
- Custom interdisciplinary care team training for specific clinical improvement initiatives
- Executive leadership programs for regional VPs and corporate clinical leadership
Advisory and Consulting
Strategic advisory engagements drawing on the founder's experience as a hospital CEO and expertise in LTACH operations, leadership development, and organizational performance.
Private equity firms acquiring LTACH assets; health systems building or expanding LTACH programs; organizations facing leadership pipeline challenges or operational performance gaps.
- Leadership assessment and development planning for newly acquired LTACH portfolios
- LTACH operational review and leadership competency gap analysis
- Board and executive advisory on LTACH strategy and organizational performance
- Due diligence support for organizations considering LTACH acquisitions
Credentialing Board Service
For qualified LTACH practitioners, an invitation to serve on the CLLP Credentialing Board — the independent governing body that sets certification standards, validates the examination, and ensures the CLLP remains current and rigorous.
Active LTACH practitioners and individuals with prior LTACH executive or leadership experience who now serve in leadership roles across other healthcare settings — CEOs, CFOs, CNOs, clinical operations leaders, regulatory specialists, and healthcare attorneys with deep LTACH expertise — who are committed to raising the standard of the profession.
- Quarterly board meetings (virtual) and annual in-person convening
- Participation in examination blueprint review and standard-setting
- Review and adjudication of appeals and policy matters
- 5 CEUs per year of active service automatically credited to CLLP renewal (if applicable)
